It’s All in the Timing…
Kenny and I were discussing Baboo’s impending arrival recently. He asked, “When is he coming out?”
“In a few more months!” I said.
“What’s a few more months?”
“Soon.”
“After lunch?” he asked.
You’ve got to love little ones who live solely in the present tense!

Cute! Belle lived in terms of yesterday, today, tomorrow, and “another tomorrow” for a looooong time. I’m happy to report she finally has a much better sense of time. As for the other two…well it’ll be a while!

😉 It’s all about the present, isn’t it? Kenny’s still smart and we’ve lost some of it by focusing on then and when! Keep feeling great!

My little girl is going to be 3 in july and she always asks, are we going on Sat-day or are they coming on Sat-day. So for her every thing is Saturday…

I love kids sense of time. For my 3 year old if anything happened in the past it was “Last morning”. I think a child’s way of living in the moment reminds us parents to do the same. I hope you are feeling better and have a little more energy. I got a stomach bug at the end of my last pregnancy, I feel your pain! Enjoy your day.

For Buddy, everything was Saturday – whether it was in the past or the future. “On Saturday we’re going to the zoo.” “On Saturday we went to the doctor’s.” Very cute!

I didn’t see the picture the first time I read this…so cute!!! I love that sweater vest. There’s not much better than preppy little boy dress clothes.

LOL. That’s just too cute. 😛
My son is only 9 months old and can’t wait for him to start walking and talking. Can’t wait to take him fishing, camping, and all the other fun family events.
